Swing Melody is a professional orchestra that specializes in the most famous period of jazz music – the swing era. Our repertoire includes the finest pieces of music by Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, Count Basie and other musicians, as well as unforgettable Czech songs, so brilliantly interpreted by R. A. Dvorský, Oldřich Nový and the Orchestra of Karel Vlach, among others.
To achieve the greatest authenticity of sound, the members of our band only use historical instruments and sheet music dating from the 1930s and 1940s.
Let yourself be carried away to times (not) long past.

You will find our Swing Melody ensemble mostly at concerts and in dance rooms throughout the Czech Republic.
